Your submission workspace

A Contact Form 7 database you can work from.

An inquiry often needs more than a quick reply. You may need to reread its details, find related requests, or pass selected information to a colleague. Start with the saved records in WordPress.

CF7 Entries & Export connects entry storage, review, and file export in one addon.

Return to the submitted details

Open a saved entry when you need the original request and the information supplied through the form.

Narrow the list before exporting

Work with all forms or a specific form. Use entry search, status, and date filters to find the records relevant to the task.

Decide what goes into the file

Use the current filtered results for a complete matching set, or tick individual entries when you want a smaller group.

Three export formats

The right file for what happens next.

Choose an export format around the work you need to do: organize records in a spreadsheet, move tabular data between tools, or create a PDF document from saved entries.

EXCEL

Work with the data

Use the Excel export option to continue working with your entries in a spreadsheet. Sort requests, add follow-up notes, and prepare a working list for your team.

Useful for: inquiry tracking, quote review, and internal reporting.

CSV

Move the records

Export entry data as CSV when you need a tabular file for another spreadsheet or a compatible tool. Check the destination's import requirements before transferring it.

Useful for: exchanging rows of data between tools.

PDF

Share a document

Export saved submissions directly to PDF for reading, sharing, or printing. Create a document from one entry or a batch of records that belong together.

Useful for: passing on an inquiry, reviewing responses, and keeping a document copy.

Choose the export scope

One entry, a selected group, or every matching entry.

Control the export quantity by choosing the records to include. The entries list gives you separate actions for the current results, a checked selection, and an individual PDF.

The displayed page is not the export limit. The top export buttons use all results matching your current filters. To export a smaller selection, use the entry checkboxes and Bulk actions.

Contact Form 7 PDF export

Turn saved submissions into a document.

Some requests need to be read or passed on as a document. Export an inquiry as PDF when a colleague needs the details, a request needs a printable copy, or several responses should be reviewed together.

For one record, the row-level PDF link provides a one-click shortcut. For a group, choose the entries or filter the list before starting the PDF export.

Before you choose

Questions about formats and export scope.

Have a particular field type or document requirement? Tell us what your export needs to contain.

Which export formats are available?

The entries screen provides Export Excel, Export CSV, and Export PDF options. Choose the format that fits your next task: spreadsheet work, tabular data transfer, or a document for reading and sharing.

Can I choose how many entries to export?

Yes. Tick the records you want to include and use the export option in Bulk actions. The quantity comes from your selection. To export every matching entry, use a top export button with your current filters.

Do the top export buttons only export the page I am viewing?

No. Export Excel, Export CSV, and Export PDF at the top of the list include all entries matching the current filters, even when those results span more than one page.

Can I download just one submission as a PDF?

Yes. Each entry has a PDF link in its row actions. Use it to export that individual saved submission as a PDF document.

Can I work with entries from different forms?

The entries screen offers All forms and individual form views. Choose the view and filters for the records you need, then export the matching results or select specific entries through Bulk actions.

Does PDF export turn the blank form into a PDF?

PDF export creates a document from saved submission records. Its purpose is to export the information already collected through Contact Form 7.

Will installing the addon recover older submissions?

Entry storage needs to be enabled before new submissions can be captured. Installing the addon does not recreate earlier responses that were never saved.

How can I check field support and license options?
